As an El Dorado Hills newborn photographer, my goal is to create a calm and guided experience so you can fully relax and enjoy these first moments with your baby. Every newborn session is completely baby-led. Your baby’s comfort and safety always come first, which means we move at their pace with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and settling.

The studio is kept warm and peaceful to help your baby stay comfortable and sleepy throughout the session.

Everything is provided for you

One of the biggest stressors for new parents is figuring out what to bring — but you truly don’t need to worry about a thing.

I provide:

• All wraps, props, and styling for baby

• A curated selection of neutral, timeless setups

• Studio lighting for soft, clean images

• Options for moms from my client closet

All you have to do is show up and enjoy the experience.

What about family and sibling photos?

For full newborn sessions, I always include time for family and sibling images.

These are typically done with baby comfortably wrapped to ensure a smooth and safe experience, especially for younger siblings.

When to schedule your session

The ideal time for newborn photos is between 5–21 days old when babies are sleepiest and most easily posed.

However, I can often accommodate older newborns as well — every baby is different, and I always adjust the session to what works best for them.
